I’ve spent the last 28 years in the healing arts—beginning as a massage therapist and bodyworker, eventually owning a spa devoted to deep, transformational care. Over time, my work expanded beyond the physical to include energy medicine, intuitive coaching, and astrology. Today, I support clients around the world through one-on-one sessions, astrocartography readings, and spiritual mentoring.

I was born in the U.S. and raised on a remote island in New Zealand, surrounded by untamed nature and raw experience. That early connection to the elements and the unseen shaped everything I would later become. My path has been one of intensity, resilience, and awakening. I’ve learned to turn pain into power—and to listen deeply to the quiet intelligence of the body, the soul, and the stars.

I’m a Master-level Reiki practitioner, trained in Pranic Healing, and deeply rooted in Traditional Hellenistic Astrology. My approach blends ancient wisdom with embodied insight—whether we’re working with sound, maps, memory, or movement. I help people return to their essence, release what’s been long held, and realign with the life they came here to live.
